Responsibilities: Managing daily trade compliance activities to ensure TSV’s parts and products flow across international borders in compliance with Customs regulatory requirements. Classification of products in accordance with the U.S. Harmonized Tariff Schedule, Schedule B, and the Export Administration Regulations, Commerce Control List. Identify, develop, and implement trade compliance process improvements. Develop and maintain professional working partnerships with key internal business areas to encourage the exchange of ideas, plans, developments, and regulatory practices. Collection, validation, and maintenance of trade related documentation and information required to support TSV’s trade initiatives. Conduct import/export self-assessments to ensure transactions meet regulatory and company record retention guidelines.
