Responsibilities: Assist with the preparation and presentation of capital requests for game-changing products, productivity-enhancing machinery, and future factory and distribution footprint to ensure the appropriate strategic allocation of company funds. Develop financial models to forecast future shipments while analyzing an appropriate cost and pricing structure. Recommend and develop programs that guide the organization to improve its competitive position and profitability. Work with business unit leadership to develop, submit, and countermeasure departmental budgets. Partner with finance team to assist in the month-end closing process which includes journal entries, account reconciliations, and analysis of accounts. Maintain, support, and actively participate in internal control requirements as well as ensuring compliance with policies and GAAP. Assist with the preparation of management financial statements and corporate reporting. Manage and prioritize large workloads in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
