This role supports the development and execution of account-based marketing programs across a diverse B2B client portfolio. You will work hands-on with leading ABM and intent-data platforms to build target account strategies, monitor engagement signals, and translate insights into actionable campaign decisions. Working closely with senior ABM leadership and channel specialists, you will help connect account intelligence with paid media, content, email, and other marketing initiatives. The position combines detailed platform execution with strategic thinking and client-facing exposure. You will also contribute to reporting, playbook development, market research, and continuous process improvement. Accountabilities: Build, maintain, and continuously refine target account lists, account tiers, and scoring models using 6Sense, Demandbase, or equivalent ABM platforms. Monitor intent signals and account engagement activity, identifying meaningful changes and surfacing insights proactively to senior stakeholders. Support the development of ABM audits, playbooks, go-to-market plans, and client-facing strategic materials. Translate account tiers, intent signals, and engagement data into campaign briefs and targeting inputs for Paid Media, Paid Social, Content, and Email/Lifecycle teams. Coordinate with channel teams to ensure campaigns align with account-based targeting, messaging, and tiering strategies. Own ABM reporting and dashboards, tracking account engagement, pipeline influence, sourced pipeline, and movement through funnel stages. Collaborate across SEO, Paid Media, Creative, PR, Influencer, CRO, and other teams to maintain cohesive ABM programs. Support business development and growth teams with account research, market intelligence, and opportunity analysis. Apply AI technologies and internal marketing technology ecosystems to improve ABM workflows, reporting, and operational efficiency. Participate in client calls and discovery sessions, presenting ABM performance insights and platform data while progressively taking on greater client-facing ownership. Maintain high standards for account data accuracy, reporting freshness, and delivery against agreed timelines. Contribute insights that help clients understand performance, validate strategic decisions, and identify clear paths forward. Requirements 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, marketing operations, account-based marketing, or a related discipline, gained in-house or within an agency environment. Hands-on proficiency with 6Sense, Demandbase, or an equivalent ABM and intent-data platform is required. Working knowledge of B2B marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, or HubSpot. Understanding of intent data, predictive scoring, account segmentation, and account tiering, with an interest in developing deeper strategic expertise. Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently extract, interpret, and communicate meaningful insights from data. Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical platform outputs into actionable recommendations for marketing teams and clients. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage account data, reporting, and priorities across multiple client engagements. Collaborative and proactive, with the confidence to identify issues, raise opportunities, and communicate directly with senior stakeholders. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment where priorities may evolve quickly. Agency experience is valued but not required.
