You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, helping students understand policies, financial aid requirements, enrollment processes, and available resources. The role combines academic guidance, financial support, proactive outreach, and relationship building across multiple communication channels. You’ll manage a student caseload, identify learners who may be at risk, and provide personalized solutions that encourage persistence and successful program completion. Working across teams, you’ll help create a seamless and supportive experience for students in a technology-driven learning environment.
