Prepares, types, and proofreads routine forms, letters or memorandum. Enters and tracks computer database applications. Performs routine clerical work including filing, billing, verifying and recording information. Enters payroll time into Workday. Schedules appointments. Provides customer service via telephone, email, and in person for public and other County employees. Compiles and maintains data for statistical reports. Files and disseminates correspondence, reports, and mail. Inventories, orders and stocks supplies for Towers Jail. Attends meetings, generates reports and distributes to appropriate personnel.
