The Ohio Adjutant General’s Department is seeking a highly skilled, service-minded professional to serve as an Administrative Professional 4 (AP 4) to support the executive team within the Adjutant General's office. In this role, the AP 4 will perform executive-level administrative support to ensure efficient functioning of the office. The preferred candidate will possess strong communications and organizational skills. Additionally, they will display high levels of professionalism and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Serves as primary point of contact for agency inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Performs and maintains complex executive calendars and scheduling. Manages sensitive, often confidential, correspondence, memos, and telephone calls, routing matters to appropriate personnel for response. Researches, reviews, edits, and summarizes reports, correspondence, briefing materials and supporting data. Tracks documents, deadlines, and action items for executive level decisions.
