AI Engineer with Siebel experience Charlotte-NC and Danbury CT (Hybrid 3 days onsite) Job Description : In this role, you will 1. Lead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact 2. Act as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large scale technology solutions for technology engineering disciplines 3. Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs 4. Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives, enterprise technological environment, and technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented technical factors 5. Make decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions requiring understanding of industry best practices and new technologies, influencing and leading technology team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals 6. Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor Required Qualifications/Job Expectations: 1. Oracle Siebel CRM Development: 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Siebel CRM development, configuration, customization, enhancement, and production support. 2. Siebel Configuration: Strong expertise in Siebel Tools, Business Components (BC), Business Objects (BO), Applets, Views, Screens, Links, Joins, Picklists, MVGs, Assignment Manager, Runtime Events, Business Rule Processor, and Data Validation Manager (DVM). 3. Siebel Scripting & Customization: Extensive experience in eScript, Browser Script, Business Services, Siebel Open UI, Presentation Models (PM), Physical Renderers (PR), JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery. 4. Integration & APIs: Strong experience in Siebel REST APIs, SOAP/REST Web Services, EAI, Integration Objects, XML, JSON, OAuth authentication, and enterprise application integrations. 5. Open Integration Framework: Experience exposing Siebel Business Components, Workflows, Business Services, Applets, and data through APIs using Siebel Open Integration and API-first architecture patterns. 6. Workflow & Automation: Expertise in designing and implementing Siebel Workflows, automation solutions, business process orchestration, and event-driven integrations. 7. Modern Siebel Development: Experience with Web Tools, Workspaces, Repository Migration, Continuous Delivery practices, and Siebel Test Automation Framework. 8. Event-Driven Architecture: Knowledge of Kafka-based integrations, event publishing/subscribing frameworks, and microservices-based architectures. Database Skills: Strong experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, EIM, data migration, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and data reconciliation. 9. DevOps & Agile: Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Agile/Scrum methodologies, code reviews, and release management. 10. Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to lead end-to-end CRM initiatives, collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, drive solution design, and provide production support for enterprise-scale Siebel implementations.
