This role supports the administration and oversight of a diverse portfolio of non-performing commercial and business-purpose mortgage loans. You’ll analyze collateral, loan accounting, property operations, servicing requirements, and related documentation to support effective portfolio management. The position combines financial analysis, loan servicing, vendor coordination, market research, and stakeholder communication. You’ll work closely with Special Servicing Asset Managers, external servicers, investors, borrowers, and internal teams across multiple functions.
