The Asset Management Systems Analyst serves as a key connection between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping organizations improve operational efficiency through enterprise technology. You’ll analyze business processes, translate operational needs into system requirements, and support the implementation and optimization of critical applications. The role combines business analysis, systems configuration, data management, reporting, integrations, and user enablement. You’ll contribute to projects involving enterprise asset management, work management, field service, and related platforms. Strong stakeholder engagement will be essential as you guide users through testing, training, implementation, and continuous improvement. Accountabilities: Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, workflows, operational challenges, and technology needs, translating business requirements into clear functional specifications and system configurations. Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions, workshops, process-mapping exercises, and current-state assessments to identify opportunities for process improvement. Develop future-state process recommendations and support initiatives designed to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and maximize the value of enterprise applications. Lead or support enterprise software implementations, including application configuration, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. Collaborate with technical teams on system integrations, workflows, enhancements, and other technology solutions required to meet business needs. Support data migration, validation, cleansing, governance, and management activities, ensuring information is accurate and reliable across enterprise systems. Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics, using data analysis to identify trends and recommend system or process improvements. Facilitate user acceptance testing, document test results, and work with stakeholders to address issues and prepare solutions for deployment. Develop training materials, conduct end-user training, and provide ongoing troubleshooting and support to encourage effective adoption of enterprise applications. Serve as a trusted advisor to business users throughout project lifecycles, maintaining clear communication and helping stakeholders understand technical solutions in business terms. Participate in cross-functional implementation and improvement initiatives, coordinating assigned tasks, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications to support successful project delivery. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, GIS, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, technology consulting, enterprise application implementation, or a comparable field. Demonstrated experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional system solutions. Strong understanding of business process analysis and process improvement methodologies, with the ability to assess current workflows and recommend practical future-state solutions. Experience with data analysis, reporting, system integrations, data migration, or related enterprise technology activities. Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language. Experience supporting or implementing Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Field Service Management (FSM), work management, or asset management solutions is preferred. Experience with GIS platforms such as ArcGIS is advantageous, along with working knowledge of SQL and data management practices. Familiarity with Agile project methodologies and tools such as Jira, Power BI, Azure DevOps, Visio, Lucidchart, or comparable platforms is beneficial. Consulting or client-facing project experience is advantageous, particularly in environments involving multiple stakeholders and complex technology initiatives. Strong problem-solving, organizational, multitasking, and project coordination abilities, with the capacity to work independently and effectively within diverse cross-functional teams. Benefits: Competitive U.S. base salary range of $100,000–$110,000 USD , with actual compensation varying based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
