ASSETS PRODUCTS POLICY SENIOR OFFICER at Cibeg

JOB PURPOSE: To execute all Credit Policy related functions including the acknowledgement of the developed credit parameters and programs, works closely with relevant stakeholders to encourage portfolio growth, and ensures quality is well preserved. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1.     Implement the policy initiation/changes process, updated product programs, and ensure periodical renewal of relevant PPGs. 2.     Develop the Testing approach of the approved Policy changes for automated products on the Decision Engine to ensure their enactment and alignment with the approved policies. 3.     Cooperate with the Portfolio Monitoring Senior Analysts to provide thorough performance analysis and review key risks and adverse trends and address the same to the Asset Products Policy Managers to come up with structured plans and adjust policies accordingly. 4.    Analyse Key Performance Trends for the products under management, highlight any unusual trends, and take necessary actions by policy changes proposals. 5.     Prepare the necessary portfolio review packs. 6.     Work closely with the Collections Strategy team to analyse the existing Collections Strategies for various segments & and recommend changes if needed, to ensure portfolios’ delinquencies and credit costs are optimized. 7.     Conduct periodical market scans of policies within the market and prepare updates to the concerned management lines/ Risk Committees. 8.     Work closely with the Business representatives to achieve the aspired Business targets and deliver the sought service quality. 9.    Provide the adequate Policy training sessions when needed to the Credit Assessment, Business and Front-liners to ensure a smooth workflow. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: §  Bachelor’s degree of Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, Data Analysis, Computer Science or related fields. §  For Senior Officer: Min. 4 years of experience within the Consumer Risk Management. §  Excellent command of English language beside Arabic. §  Self-motivated and Strong interpersonal skills in order to enthusiastically suggest new ideas in a cross-functional team environment. §  Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. §  Motivational, team-player, excellent soft skills, quantitative and qualitative analysis, etc. §  Computer aptitude including good knowledge of Microsoft office suite programs.
