This is a senior, commercially focused legal role supporting a rapidly scaling global technology business. You will act as a strategic partner to Marketing, Growth, Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Finance teams. The role centers on complex commercial transactions, including performance-based marketing, advertising, SaaS, licensing, and strategic partnerships. You will advise senior leaders on innovative business models while balancing commercial opportunity, legal risk, and execution speed. A major part of the role will involve building scalable contracting processes, templates, playbooks, and governance frameworks. You will also help shape the commercial legal function and mentor legal professionals as the organization expands.
