Our partner is looking for an Associate Inside & Digital Sales Representative based in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to drive sales growth across an assigned U.S. territory within the animal health sector. You will combine consultative selling, territory management, customer engagement, and digital sales capabilities to achieve business objectives. Working across multiple teams, you will build trusted relationships with veterinary practices and help customers identify solutions aligned with their needs. You will manage a broad product portfolio while launching new offerings and identifying opportunities for sustainable territory growth. The position blends data-driven decision-making with strong communication, technical learning, and customer-focused problem solving. You will have access to structured training, professional development, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic environment. Limited travel is required for regional and national meetings as well as onsite educational programs. Accountabilities Achieve and exceed overall sales quotas and growth objectives, including targets for key products within the assigned geography. Successfully introduce and support the launch of new products and services while balancing opportunities across a broad portfolio. Apply solution-selling and consultative techniques to understand customer needs, provide relevant insights, and position appropriate solutions. Build and maintain effective relationships with targeted veterinary hospitals and personnel to strengthen customer engagement, relevance, and access. Develop and execute an annual Territory Business Plan using industry insights, SWOT analysis, strategic priorities, and actionable tactics. Establish SMART goals that support balanced portfolio performance and effective use of organizational resources. Use samples, educational materials, events, CRM tools, and other available resources to maximize territory effectiveness and return on investment. Monitor customer engagement, sales performance, growth rates, and other key performance indicators to identify opportunities and improve territory health. Conduct regular business reviews with the Inside and Digital Sales Manager and adjust strategies, tactics, and investments based on evolving territory needs. Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across in-person and virtual environments while maintaining high standards of integrity, compliance, communication, and teamwork. Complete required product and industry learning programs and maintain an annual Individual Development Plan. Requirements Associate degree required; bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred. Previous success in sales or other roles involving opportunity identification, creative problem-solving, and performance improvement. Animal health experience and knowledge of veterinary medicine are preferred. Strong consultative selling, customer relationship management, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to understand and communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely. Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to use data and insights to guide decisions and tactical execution. Highly organized, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple goals, priorities, and assigned expense budgets. Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a close, cross-functional team. Comfortable operating in fluid, complex, and continuously changing environments. Demonstrated willingness to accept feedback, learn continuously, and adapt approaches when needed. Professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook, with the ability to quickly learn new CRM and enterprise systems. Willingness to travel occasionally for regional and national sales meetings and onsite training. Benefits U.S.-based remote position with limited travel requirements. Base salary range of  $54,106–$96,400 , depending on location, skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors. Eligibility for short-term incentive compensation.
