Job responsibilities Serve as the Product Owner for the order generation, review and routing workflow on the platform; own the product backlog and drive delivery across business and technology partners to build and enhance platform capabilities. Facilitate discovery sessions with cross-functional stakeholders to identify pain points, validate assumptions, and define requirements for new and enhanced investment capabilities. Partner with engineering, design, and business leads to define features, write user stories, and establish delivery plans aligned to quarterly objectives. Drive backlog prioritization using quantitative signals (usage data, client feedback, business impact) and Agile planning methods. Lead Agile ceremonies for your delivery team; maintain high standards for backlog health, epic delivery tracking, and release coordination. Partner with Tech Architects to assess architectural impact and determine the optimal approach for platform changes. Build deep expertise in current-state platform architecture and contribute to target-state solutioning. Contribute to multi-year roadmap planning; translate product strategy into sequenced, actionable deliverables. Identify and resolve cross-functional blockers; challenge assumptions and propose creative solutions throughout the product development lifecycle. Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate product workflows — drafting PRDs, generating user stories, and maintaining living knowledge bases. Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 7+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or business analyst experience with a strong analytical background. 2+ years of experience related to portfolio management, order management, or managed accounts implementation within asset management, wealth management or a fintech serving these segments. Demonstrated habit of continuous learning — actively engages with product communities, applies evolving frameworks, and brings external perspectives into team practices. Proficient in Agile tooling (Jira, Confluence) and comfortable working in sprint cadences alongside UX design and engineering. Comfortable operating with incomplete information; able to frame problems, make decisions with imperfect data, and iterate quickly. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, maintain momentum, and deliver against commitments. Track record of building trusted relationships across product, technology, operations, and business stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas clearly to senior leadership.
