The Role As a Workface Planner II with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc. Support implementation of corporate AWP procedures, standards and project-specific AWP requirements under the direction of the AWP Manager / AWP Lead. Maintain and update the AWP Implementation Plan inputs, Construction Work Area (CWA) / Construction Work Package (CWP) structure, CWP register, package tracker and work package release plan. Coordinate work packaging data in approved digital platforms such as O3 Solutions, WorkPacks or equivalent tools, ensuring that package information remains current, controlled and traceable. Prepare inputs and coordinate actions for Integrated AWP Planning (IAP), Path of Construction (PoC), CWA and CWP development workshops. Support Engineering in mapping Engineering Work Packages (EWPs), deliverables and model information to the approved CWA/CWP structure and construction priorities. Coordinate with Supply Chain and Materials Management to track Procurement Work Packages (PWPs), material availability, vendor deliverables and material readiness against CWP and Installation Work Package (IWP) requirements. Support Project Controls in maintaining schedule alignment, package coding, look-ahead requirements and AWP-related progress or readiness reporting. Coordinate with Workface Planners and contractor planning teams for IWP scoping, sequencing, readiness checks, review comments and package status updates. Track CWP/IWP readiness, constraints, engineering deliverables, materials, access, permits, tools, equipment, safety, quality and prerequisite work status. Support alignment of the Virtual Construction Model / digital construction model with CWA/CWP boundaries and assist in model-based planning, sequencing and readiness reviews. Coordinate cross-functional follow-up actions with Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction, Commissioning, Project Controls, Quality, HSE and Completions teams. Maintain trackers for engineering and procurement alignment against Path of Construction and CWP priorities. Prepare visual reports for CWP material status, constraints, readiness, package progress and look-ahead priorities in coordination with Materials Management and Project Controls. Support inclusion and administration of AWP requirements in vendor, subcontractor and construction contract scopes where applicable. Assist in preparing AWP training, onboarding and awareness material for project stakeholders and contractors. Compile AWP dashboards, progress inputs, readiness metrics and action logs for review by the AWP Manager / AWP Lead and project leadership. Prepare routine AWP status reports, meeting minutes, action trackers and issue logs for Project Management, Construction Management and Digital Construction leadership. Support AWP audits, readiness reviews, lessons learned sessions and corrective action follow-up. About You To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes: Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline. 6-12+ years of project delivery experience across engineering, construction, planning, project controls, digital construction, materials management or workface planning environments. Practical exposure to Advanced Work Packaging (AWP), Workface Planning, construction planning or digital construction implementation on EPC / EPCm projects. Working knowledge of CWA, CWP, EWP, PWP and IWP concepts and their relationship with the Path of Construction. Familiarity with AWP systems, O3 Solutions, WorkPacks, 3D model review tools, document management systems, material systems, Primavera P6, Power BI or equivalent project delivery tools. Ability to maintain trackers, registers, dashboards, action logs, meeting minutes and package readiness reports with accuracy and discipline. Understanding of engineering deliverables, material readiness, construction sequencing, constraint management and IWP readiness requirements. Ability to coordinate across Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction, Project Controls, Quality, HSE, Completions and contractor teams. Strong Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and project reporting skills. Good communication, follow-up, collaboration and stakeholder coordination skills. Preferred previous experience: Experience as AWP Coordinator, Workface Planning Coordinator, Workface Planner, Project Engineer, Field Engineer, Planning Engineer, Construction Engineer, Digital Construction Coordinator or Materials Coordinator. Experience in maintaining CWP registers, IWP trackers, readiness dashboards, constraint logs, action trackers and AWP/O3 reporting inputs. Experience with O3 Solutions, WorkPacks, 3D model review tools, Power BI, Primavera P6, EDMS, material management or equivalent project delivery systems.
