Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide strategic guidance, and influence effective talent decisions. Develop a strong understanding of the business and its talent landscape to ensure alignment between hiring needs and recruitment strategies. Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and fit against organizational requirements and expectations. Collaborate effectively with internal teams, sourcing partners, and external vendors to support seamless recruitment delivery and strong stakeholder relationships. Drive consistency and operational excellence by promoting recruitment best practices and demonstrating the value of HR processes in achieving optimal outcomes. About you Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management, or a related field. Between 2 and 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. Strong relationship‑management skills with the ability to influence and partner effectively with stakeholders. Results‑oriented, with demonstrated initiative and self‑motivation. Proven skills in time management, planning and organization. Bilingual: French and English (*) (*)This position requires proficiency in a language other than French, namely English, as the role involves communicating with candidates, clients, and partners located both within Quebec and outside Quebec.
