General maintenance and technical proficiency required. Maintenance of the equipment may include cleaning, inspecting, and changing parts to maintain the HVAC systems and associated equipment at optimum performance levels. Perform assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on as found conditions impacting satisfactory client occupancy and operations. General interior maintenance – hang pictures, drywall repairs, painting, install keyboard trays, repair office furniture systems and repair doors. Assist the operations team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment and/or as directed Moves office furniture, machinery, equipment and other materials as requested Comply with all safety procedures, maintaining good housekeeping and safety of work areas. Recognize danger and safety hazards and propose methods to eliminate them. Maintain compliance to State, County, or City Ordinances, Codes, or Laws. Must complete all required safety trainings as scheduled Complies with all policies for the safe storage, usage and disposal of hazardous materials.  Utilize & update work order systems in real time for all work performed. Target 94% on time completion rate. Perform Equipment Safety Inspections. Escalating problems or issues to Customer and Manager in a timely manner Attend work and safety meetings as required Any and all other duties and tasks assigned. Comply with departmental policy for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials; maintain a clean and safe workplace.  Required High school diploma or GED equivalent General maintenance work history in Commercial industries. 3+ years of applicable working experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, HVAC and electrical. Ability to analyze the operation of various systems, determine the cause of any problems/malfunctions and take corrective action as required. Must be able to be available for Call-in work and perform other duties as required. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and work on ladders at heights up to 30ft.
