Role:- Business Execution Consultant Location:- Charlotte, NC(Hybrid) H1B is fine Job Description: 12+ Years of experience needed Execution and Delivery Responsibilities: Project and Program Management of Significant change initiatives i.e, SS&A, Compass, BVA, etc: o Facilitate planning and execution of initiatives across product, technology, and business teams o Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, milestones, commitments, and success criteria o Coordinate stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, scope, timelines, and delivery objectives o Manage and provide transparency into risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and key decisions o Track initiative health, progress against milestones and delivery outcomes o Drive issue resolution and escalation when commitments are at risk Roadmap management: o Facilitate roadmap planning across product, technology and business stakeholders o Ensure epic features, releases and milestones are aligned to business priorities and strategic objectives o Validate roadmap feasibility by assessing dependencies, capability constraints, risks and delivery commitments o Maintain visibility into roadmap progress, key milestones and delivery health o Identify and escalate roadmap risks, conflicts, scope changes, and delivery impacts o Coordinate roadmap adjustments as priorities, dependencies, or business needs evolve o Provide leadership aiwth transparent reporting on roadmap status, milestones, and forecasted outcomes Dependency Management: o Identify, document and maintain visibility of cross-team, cross-product and external dependencies o Facilitate discussions to establish dependency owners, due dates, and impact assessments o Track dependency health and drive timely resolution of blockers and risks o Escalate unresolved dependencies through appropriate governance forms Cross product management and coordination: o Facilitate alignment across product managers, technology teams, business stake holders, architecture, testing infrastructure, and support organizations o Coordinate deliver plans, milestones, and release timelines across produicts with shared dependencies or objectives o Identify and resolve cross-product conflicts, resource constraints, competing priorities and delivery risks o Ensure consistent communication and transparency regarding progress, dependencies, risks, and impacts across stakeholders Status Reporting – Various status reporting where needed, BUR’s, execution meetinngs, MBRs,etc: Establish and maintain standardized delivery reporting Consolidate and communicate progress against roadmap commitments, milestones, and delivery objectives Provide visibility into delivery health, risks, issues, dependencies, impediments and improvement opportunities Ensure consistent reporting of key performance indicators, delivery metrics, release readiness and execution status.
