Accsys Technologies, a division of HPES designs and manufactures ion RF LINAC systems (radio frequency linear accelerator), which are used in Particle Beam Therapy systems and R&D applications. Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented CAD Engineer to support a high-priority initiative focused on improving and updating a large volume of existing engineering drawings. This role is not focused on new product design but on high-volume revision and improvement work based on manufacturing feedback. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Review and update existing SolidWorks drawings based on manufacturing and production feedback Modify dimensions, tolerances, annotations, and BOMs Ensure consistency between 3D models and 2D drawings Execute high-volume drawing revisions efficiently Manage revisions using PDM (SolidWorks PDM / EPDM) KPI (Key Performance Indicators) 6 - 10 drawing revisions per day per engineer (depending on complexity) - <10% rework rate (measured as returned corrections) Backlog reduction target: 20 – 30% per month 100% compliance with PDM revision and workflow standards Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer technology, or equivalent experience Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in CAD software Proficiency in SolidWorks (Drawing environment focused) Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications (preferred) Solid understanding of engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
