Minimum Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program specializing in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g., Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics or MBA). 2+ years of professional work experience in an analytical, data science, or business analytics function. Master's degree candidates with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028. Knowledge of MS Office applications. Strong programming skills (SQL, SAS, R, Python, Hive, etc.). Experience manipulating and extracting business/customer insights from large and complex datasets. Preferred Qualifications Passion for innovation and customer-first thinking. Ambitious thinker with a strong curiosity about digital products, data, and emerging AI technologies, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technology and product partners. Ability to balance attention to detail with big-picture thinking. Strong analytical and decision-making skills – must have the ability to compile, analyze, research, and link complex issues. Demonstrated ability to work optimally and collaboratively in high-pressure situations and balance multiple priority assignments simultaneously – must be a self-starter. Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex analytical concepts and why they matter to colleagues at all levels and technical abilities. How will you make an impact in this role? We’re looking for a graduate level intern to support the team on critical and innovative projects as a Summer Analytics Manager. Broadly the role may entail some of the below responsibilities: Leverage sophisticated data sources and analytical methods to inform business decisions and practical recommendations. Communicate analytics-based insights and business recommendations to partners. Develop and automate reports/dashboards to inform partners and senior leaders about business performance. Integrate new data sources, AI capabilities, and/or analytical tools to support key business decisions.
