What You’ll Do: The Certification Licensure Examiner 2/Administrative Professional 2 plays an important part at the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professional Board. In this role, you will be responsible for: ·         Examining, reviewing, and verifying incoming information regarding applications for certification or licensure within an electronic database system. ·         Identifying problems, determining status and completeness, and contacting applicants and/or licensees via email and/or phone regarding submitted materials or to obtain additional information. ·         Processing and reviewing background checks submitted with applications and completing reports. ·         Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and or procedures while determining accuracy, completeness, and acceptability. ·         Performing additional duties as assigned.
