Job Family: Management Consulting Travel Required: Up to 25% Clearance Required: None What You Will Do: Lead and support change management activities for utility clients, with a focus on technology implementation projects. Partner with client stakeholders to assess organizational impacts, identify change risks, and develop actionable change management strategies. Design and deliver change plans, communications, stakeholder engagement activities, training support, and readiness assessments. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to build alignment and drive adoption across impacted business and operational teams. Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and business leaders to integrate change management into overall project delivery. Measure adoption, readiness, and effectiveness of change activities and adjust plans as needed to support successful implementation. Provide trusted advisory support to clients navigating transformation initiatives in complex utility environments. What You Will Need: Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident due to nature of client engagements. High school diploma AND Seven (7+) plus years of post-graduation work experience; Or Associate's degree AND Five (5+) plus years of post-graduation work experience; Or Bachelor’s degree AND Three (3+) plus years of post-graduation work experience. Post-graduation work experience in change management, organizational readiness, or related consulting roles. Total work experience should include roles working with electric/power utility clients and roles supporting technology implementation projects. Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence across diverse teams. Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented consulting environment. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and process improvement skills. Ability to travel. Ability to work onsite in a Guidehouse Office or Client Office location. What Would Be Nice To Have: Preference will be given to candidates currently residing within 50 miles of a Guidehouse Office listed. Experience with large-scale technology transformation programs in the utility industry. Experience developing training materials, communications, and stakeholder engagement strategies. Experience in a consulting or management consulting environment serving external clients. Change management certification, such as Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent. Familiarity with utility operations, grid modernization, field operations, or enterprise systems. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote, or hybrid delivery environment. #LI-RE1 The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
