This is an opportunity to support technology that helps communities administer programs serving low-income families and vulnerable populations. You’ll act as a key point of contact for clients, helping resolve issues and ensuring their systems are configured accurately. The role combines client service, technical problem-solving, and attention to detail in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. You’ll work closely with Client Success Managers and teammates to configure new client applications and maintain existing systems. Your work will contribute to the effective administration of important government programs across areas such as housing, disaster recovery, solar, and community development. The position also offers opportunities to develop your skills and potentially grow into Client Success roles. Accountabilities: Serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking support through phone, video, and email, providing responsive and professional assistance while working toward effective resolutions. Manage updates and changes to client systems with accuracy, consistency, and close attention to detail. Partner with Client Success Managers to build and configure new client applications according to requirements and established best practices. Review peer configurations to verify accuracy, consistency, and expected impact before changes are finalized. Troubleshoot client issues creatively and professionally while following established processes, best practices, and service-level agreements. Collaborate closely with teammates across the Client Support function to resolve issues, share knowledge, and maintain a high standard of service. Support the administration of government programs, including housing, disaster recovery, solar, and Treasury-related initiatives that have a direct impact on communities. Requirements: Bring previous client service or customer support experience, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Demonstrate strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn new systems, tools, and processes quickly. Be highly detail-oriented and capable of working independently, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining accuracy under pressure. Bring strong problem-solving skills and the ability to approach unfamiliar or complex client issues with professionalism and sound judgment. Benefits: Base salary of $55,000–$60,000 USD per year, with actual compensation determined by experience, skills, and qualifications; additional bonus or other compensation may also be available.
