This role supports communications for a major federal healthcare technology modernization program, helping stakeholders navigate system changes, enhancements, and post-launch operations. You will develop clear, timely, and audience-focused communications that support organizational readiness and adoption. The position combines strategic communication planning with hands-on writing, editing, stakeholder engagement, and content coordination. You’ll work closely with government stakeholders and internal teams to ensure messaging is accurate, consistent, and aligned with established standards. Your work will contribute to transparency and effective change management across a large, complex healthcare environment. This is a remote U.S.-based opportunity with occasional travel to VA Medical Centers for Go-Live and Post Go-Live activities.
