This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Controller based in the United States. The Controller will lead the day-to-day accounting function within a growing, mission-driven organization operating a fast-paced SaaS environment. This role owns the month-end close, general ledger operations, treasury activities, compliance, and financial reporting. You’ll oversee complex revenue streams spanning SaaS subscriptions, professional services, grants, and print operations. The position combines hands-on technical accounting with people leadership, managing two direct reports and reviewing the work of the broader finance function. You’ll partner closely with senior finance leadership on cash management, forecasting, controls, audits, systems, and strategic financial initiatives. The role offers an opportunity to strengthen accounting processes and systems while supporting an organization focused on expanding educational impact. Success will require strong GAAP knowledge, operational discipline, communication skills, and the ability to improve processes in a collaborative remote environment.
