CRM Production Manager at jobgether

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a CRM Production Manager based in the United States. This role serves as the operational and technical engine behind a sophisticated multi-channel CRM program. You will translate marketing strategy into scalable customer journeys across email, push, SMS, in-app messaging, and emerging channels. The position combines campaign production, audience segmentation, journey architecture, data integrity, personalization, and CRM technology management. You will work across strategy, systems, content, and execution while helping establish stronger production standards and workflows. The role offers meaningful ownership over how CRM infrastructure evolves, including automation and AI-enabled processes. It is ideal for a detail-oriented technical operator who enjoys solving complex problems and turning ambitious ideas into reliable customer experiences. Accountabilities: As CRM Production Manager, you will own the systems, workflows, and execution standards that bring multi-channel CRM initiatives to life. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are accurate, scalable, data-driven, and delivered effectively. Key responsibilities include: Own CRM campaigns and complex, multi-channel customer journeys across email, push, SMS, in-app messaging, and emerging channels. Serve as the channel subject matter expert, establishing high standards for campaign QA, personalization, segmentation, data integrity, compliance, and deployment. Develop, maintain, and continuously improve CRM production playbooks, workflows, and best practices. Own production processes across the CRM technology stack, including Iterable, Contentful, Cloudinary, Shopify, and Hightouch. Ensure audiences, data, content, and journey logic move reliably and accurately across CRM platforms. Translate ambiguous targeting requirements into clear audience definitions and executable segmentation logic. Build, synchronize, validate, and activate audiences from the CDP into downstream CRM tools. Troubleshoot platform and campaign issues, including data synchronization problems, journey errors, deployment issues, and other production blockers. Monitor audience health and engagement quality to inform segmentation, CRM strategy, and communication frequency. Analyze CRM performance signals and turn findings into actionable improvements, including targeting refinements, frequency adjustments, deliverability escalations, and optimization opportunities. Incorporate user behavior and product context into targeting, journey architecture, and messaging decisions. Partner with editorial teams on CRM content planning, production, and deployment to ensure concepts are accurately translated and delivered on schedule. Keep cross-functional stakeholders aligned, identify risks early, communicate issues clearly, and ensure commitments are followed through. Apply AI and emerging tools to increase production speed, improve quality, automate workflows, and strengthen CRM operations. Requirements: The ideal candidate combines deep hands-on CRM production experience with strong technical fluency, operational discipline, and a proactive approach to problem solving. You should be comfortable navigating complex CRM ecosystems, working with data and audiences, and collaborating across marketing, editorial, product, and technical teams. Key qualifications include: 5+ years of hands-on experience managing multi-channel CRM production across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging. Deep understanding of ESP and CDP ecosystems, including how audiences, data, content, and logic flow between systems. Strong experience with CRM production platforms; experience with Iterable, Contentful, Cloudinary, Shopify, and Hightouch is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of email governance, compliance, deliverability, and production best practices. Strong command of CRM data, engagement metrics, behavioral signals, audience health indicators, and lifecycle data. Ability to translate data and performance insights into practical CRM and audience optimization decisions. Strong product marketing instincts and the ability to connect user behavior and product context to targeting and messaging. Technical and operational mindset with an interest in building complex journeys, improving workflows, and eliminating production friction. Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and reliable execution. Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proactive problem-solving approach, with the ability to investigate issues, identify risks early, communicate clearly, and keep stakeholders aligned. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to bring partners along through execution rather than working in isolation. Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to integrate new tools into daily workflows to improve speed and outcomes. Benefits: Starting salary range of $98,276–$131,057 USD , depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
