Job Summary: As a Critical Facilities Engineer, you will help maintain and operate the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems that support our data center environment. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, support infrastructure projects, and work alongside experienced technicians and vendors to ensure facility uptime and operational excellence. Responsibilities: Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on facility equipment and infrastructure systems; troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and other building systems; monitor building systems and respond to alarms; support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives; conduct equipment inspections; support contractors and service providers; respond to facility incidents and equipment failures; complete maintenance documentation and permits; assist with facility upgrades and improvement projects. Qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; experience in facilities maintenance, critical environments, data centers, electrical systems, HVAC, mechanical systems, or industrial maintenance; ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues; understanding of safety practices and maintenance processes; strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills; willingness to participate in on-call responsibilities or shift work.
