Our partner is looking for a Dedicated Driver Operations Senior Coordinator based in the United States. This role provides critical operational and administrative support for a growing dedicated driver program serving time-sensitive and essential deliveries. You will help keep recruiting, onboarding, training, performance administration, and live order monitoring running smoothly across multiple stakeholders. The position combines coordination, documentation, reporting, scheduling, and process improvement in a fully remote environment. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition, training, and regional operations teams to keep candidates and drivers moving through key processes without delays. Strong attention to detail will be essential as you maintain records, track performance information, monitor shipment milestones, and handle sensitive personnel data. As the program expands, you will take on greater ownership, support new workflows, mentor other coordinators, and become an escalation point for complex cases. Accountabilities: The Senior Coordinator will serve as an administrative and documentation backbone for the dedicated driver operations support function. The role requires strong organization, discretion, proactive communication, and the ability to manage recurring workflows while supporting recruiting, onboarding, training, regional performance, and operational visibility. Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate pipeline logistics in partnership with Talent Acquisition, ensuring candidates progress through the hiring process efficiently. Maintain accurate candidate records and support interviews, including screening calls and interview panels when needed. Confirm that new drivers have completed all required account setup and onboarding activities before their start dates. Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, training, and Regional Managers to anticipate upcoming scheduling and documentation needs. Track driver performance metrics and departmental reports, identifying trends and outliers that may require attention. Monitor shared email queues and route questions or requests to the appropriate team members. Prepare and distribute driver communications, including emails, text messages, newsletters, and other mass communications. Maintain organized recruiting, training, and performance documentation and ensure consistent naming and storage conventions. Monitor live dedicated driver orders and verify that order and application milestones are accurately reflected throughout the shipment lifecycle. Escalate documentation gaps, inconsistencies, missed deadlines, or other operational issues to the appropriate manager. Handle confidential candidate and personnel information with discretion and sound judgment. Order and coordinate the shipment of driver equipment such as uniforms, badges, and placards. Support curriculum updates by identifying training gaps and routing them to the appropriate training owner. Serve as a secondary owner for training and certification tracking and step into broader training ownership when required. Support Regional Managers with performance administration, including metrics tracking, coaching documentation, and performance improvement plan documentation. Act as an escalation point for complex or ambiguous scheduling and documentation cases. Support new Operations Coordinators by helping train them on recruiting, training, and performance documentation workflows. Identify and recommend improvements to scheduling processes, documentation templates, training tracking, and operational workflows. Assist with reporting and performance visibility tools as reporting requirements evolve. Investigate and help resolve weekly driver pay discrepancies in coordination with Regional Managers and relevant systems of record. Take on additional Salesforce-based workflows and administrative responsibilities as new processes are introduced. Support ad hoc projects and broader operational initiatives as the dedicated driver program continues to expand. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented operations professional who can manage multiple workflows independently while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and strong stakeholder communication. Experience in administrative coordination, recruiting, training, field operations, or similar environments will be valuable, particularly for someone who enjoys improving processes and taking increasing ownership. 3+ years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or operations support role, ideally supporting recruiting, training, field management, or similar functions. Strong attention to detail when managing schedules, candidate records, documentation, performance information, and operational data. Experience with Salesforce, an applicant tracking system, learning management system, or similar business platforms is a plus, with the ability to learn new systems quickly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and communicate information clearly. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and recurring deadlines. Reliable, self-directed, and proactive in communicating potential issues before they become larger problems. Comfortable working independently within a remote, cross-time-zone team environment. High level of discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential candidate and personnel information. Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume or increasingly complex caseload with limited day-to-day oversight. Experience mentoring, training, or supporting the onboarding of junior team members. Proven ability to identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, scheduling workflows, documentation systems, or reporting practices. Comfortable serving as an escalation point and exercising sound independent judgment when dealing with ambiguous situations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, inconsistencies, and operational risks. Ability to learn and work across multiple systems, including ATS, LMS, Salesforce, and other operational platforms. Comfortable taking on broader responsibilities as the program grows and new workflows are introduced. Benefits: Salary range of $65,000–$75,000 per year , plus a 10% bonus .
