The DPM-TS is a senior technical leadership role supporting a large, complex federal construction and infrastructure program. You will serve as a key technical advisor to program leadership and senior government stakeholders. The role spans requirements management, design oversight, program controls, risk, technical integration, and commissioning. You will help translate mission objectives into actionable technical, cost, schedule, and execution strategies. The environment includes secure and mission-critical facilities with demanding performance and accreditation requirements. You will lead multidisciplinary teams while coordinating designers, contractors, specialty consultants, and government stakeholders.
