This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Digital Experience Manager based in United States. This role leads the strategy, reliability, design, and optimization of digital experiences across websites, mobile apps, and member-facing platforms. You’ll own the digital storefront experience from uptime and incident response through conversion optimization and experimentation. A major focus will be leading the migration from Webflow to a code-based technology stack while protecting performance, SEO, attribution, and brand quality. You’ll use analytics and user behavior insights to identify opportunities for measurable growth. The role sits at the intersection of technology, UX, marketing, operations, and revenue, requiring strong cross-functional leadership. You’ll work in a remote-first, fast-moving environment where ownership, clear communication, high standards, and continuous improvement are valued. Accountabilities: Own the end-to-end digital user journey across websites, mobile applications, and member portals, continuously improving usability, operational efficiency, accessibility, and engagement. Take direct responsibility for website reliability, uptime, monitoring, and incident response, minimizing disruptions such as site outages, broken checkout experiences, and tracking failures while driving calm and effective resolution. Lead the migration of key digital properties from Webflow to a code-based stack alongside a broader brand refresh, protecting page speed, analytics and attribution, organic SEO/GEO traffic, and overall user experience throughout the transition. Manage content and digital experience quality across CMS platforms and reputation touchpoints, identifying errors, edge cases, missing information, and other issues before they reach production. Develop and manage conversion rate optimization programs, using analytics, behavioral insights, A/B testing, and statistically sound experimentation to improve engagement and conversion performance. Monitor key digital performance indicators through tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, translating data into actionable recommendations and measurable improvements. Ensure digital experiences meet applicable health data privacy, security, and compliance requirements, including standards such as HIPAA, PIPEDA, or relevant local regulations. Collaborate closely with marketing, IT, clinical operations, and product teams to deliver new features, content updates, scheduling capabilities, and other digital initiatives. Manage external developers, contractors, or agencies, ensuring projects are appropriately scoped, budgeted, prioritized, and delivered on schedule. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in web or digital experience management, ideally including direct ownership of a website migration, replatforming, or comparable large-scale digital transformation. Proven accountability for uptime, monitoring, reliability, and incident response within a live website environment. Demonstrated experience building and delivering CRO and experimentation programs based on clear hypotheses, rigorous testing methodologies, and statistically valid results. Strong technical fluency, with the ability to review and assess development work, identify potential issues before launch, and communicate effectively with technical teams without necessarily writing production code. Advanced familiarity with web analytics, testing, and attribution tools, including platforms such as GA4, as well as digital advertising tracking systems. Experience managing external development teams, contractors, or agencies across scope, budget, priorities, and deadlines. Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical decisions clearly enough for non-technical stakeholders to understand and act on them. Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, with the ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity, changing priorities, and limited established processes. Experience in direct-to-consumer health, wellness, e-commerce, or consumer-focused businesses is preferred. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript sufficient to scope, review, and quality-assure development work is preferred. Experience working remotely and proficiency with collaboration tools such as Slack are preferred. A self-directed, proactive, resourceful approach, with strong ownership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Benefits: Remote-first working environment with core hours from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CST, with flexibility to shift the schedule by up to two hours in either direction. Flexible, high-ownership environment designed around written communication, focused collaboration, and meaningful decision-making. Opportunity to shape digital strategy, processes, and infrastructure in a fast-growing, venture-scaled environment. Exposure to complex digital initiatives spanning platform migration, reliability, analytics, CRO, SEO/GEO, privacy, and customer experience. Opportunity to work cross-functionally with marketing, technology, product, and clinical operations teams. Culture emphasizing continuous learning, resourcefulness, transparency, ownership, empathy, and high standards. Fast-paced environment with protected flexibility and opportunities to make a significant impact on digital growth and customer experience.
