This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to own and scale a major customer acquisition channel across regulated markets. You will shape affiliate strategy, partner economics, technology, attribution, and operational governance while driving sustainable growth. The role combines commercial ownership with data-driven decision-making, technical expertise, and strategic partner management. You will work closely with Finance, Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Business Intelligence, and MarTech teams. A key focus will be optimizing mobile acquisition, attribution, app conversion, and partner-level lifetime value. You will also lead and develop an affiliate team while managing external network and strategic partner relationships. The ideal candidate is a commercially minded affiliate leader who thrives in a fast-moving, highly regulated environment.
