Director Global Communications at Freudenberg Group

Responsibilities: Develop and execute a global marketing and communications strategy that supports business objectives and strengthens EagleBurgmann's brand. Lead integrated marketing campaigns, corporate communications, and branding initiatives across global markets and regional organizations. Ensure consistent brand messaging, corporate design, and communication standards across all digital, print, and event channels. Partner with Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and regional teams to develop impactful marketing content and communication strategies. Oversee digital communication channels, social media platforms, and marketing performance metrics to maximize engagement and return on investment. Represent EagleBurgmann in media relations, trade shows, industry events, and global marketing committees while serving as the organization's brand ambassador. Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external agencies, media partners, and industry organizations to support strategic communication initiatives. Monitor market trends, analyze communication effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement in marketing and branding programs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or advanced marketing specialization preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, branding, or public relations within a global B2B organization. Proven leadership experience developing and executing global marketing and communication strategies in a matrixed environment. Strong knowledge of brand management, digital marketing, content strategy, social media, and integrated marketing campaigns. Experience with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, marketing analytics, Microsoft Office, and related communication technologies. Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels. Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
