Director, HPS Solutions Finance Strategy Description - Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned finance professional with strong experience in business partnering, strategic financial support, and long-term planning. This role will play a critical part in guiding business strategy and supporting the organization’s transformation toward Software and SaaS-based business models. Responsibilities Lead the creation and identification of recurring revenue streams across HP from a Finance perspective. Lead planning, design, implementation, communication, and delivery of the recurring revenue across the organization. Allocates financial and human capital for programs and projects and ensures timely and effective delivery of financial programs. Work with stakeholders to develop and maintain policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure that a consistent framework is applied across the company for all financial and tracking metrics. Serve as a key advisor to executive management in influencing the strategic direction of the business, while also developing organizational policies and authorizing their implementation. Performs talent management responsibilities including recruitment, performance management, coaching and career development. Provide strong leadership and direction to finance and business teams on changes required in business models and reporting to support this initiative. Drive, develop and delegate deeper SaaS/Recurring Revenue knowledge and skill set across finance and business organizations. Education and Experience Required Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. 12+ years of job-related and/or management experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field. At least 5 years of prior people management experience Preferred Certifications MBA CPA Knowledge & Skills Deep ARR/SaaS experience - business models, technical accounting and external reporting Ability to work seamlessly and influence within a matrix organization of business and finance working on pan-HP initiatives Prior M&A experience Cross-Org Skills Customer Centricity Prioritization Resilience Team Management Strategic Thinking Impact & Scope Impacts multiple functions and may act as a lead to peers on cross-functional project teams working to establish and execute business goals. Complexity Contributes to the development of company objectives and achieves goals through subordinate high-level individual contributors and managers. The pay range for this role is $166,050 to $265,700 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
