The Director of Admissions will lead student recruitment, admissions, enrollment support, and early alumni engagement across a national program. You’ll develop strategies that broaden participation, with particular emphasis on historically underserved and underrepresented student communities. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on relationship building, admissions operations, data analysis, and team leadership. You’ll collaborate with educational institutions, community organizations, staff, volunteers, and program stakeholders to strengthen the student pipeline. Success will require strong judgment, empathy, organization, and the ability to translate data and community insight into effective recruitment strategies.
