This is a senior compliance leadership role responsible for building and overseeing an enterprise-wide Ethics Awareness and Compliance Program. You will help ensure a government contracting organization operates in accordance with federal procurement requirements, applicable laws, regulations, and internal standards. The role combines strategic compliance leadership with hands-on oversight of policies, training, audits, risk assessments, investigations, and reporting. You will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and periodically present compliance matters, program effectiveness, and resource needs to senior governance bodies.
