Our partner is looking for a Director, Patient Services Patient Strategy based in the United States. The Director, Patient Services Patient Strategy will lead the development and execution of a patient services strategy supporting the U.S. commercial launch of a late-stage CNS therapy. This high-impact leadership role will shape how patients and care partners are supported from referral and onboarding through treatment preparation and ongoing follow-up. You will help design compliant, scalable patient journeys while supporting potential REMS requirements and launch readiness. Working across Regulatory, Legal, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Sales, Market Access, and other commercial functions, you will translate strategy into operational capabilities. The role combines strategic leadership, operational design, analytics, and cross-functional influence in a fast-moving pre-commercial environment. You will also lead and develop Patient Services teams while helping establish processes that enable exceptional patient experiences and sustainable execution.
