As Director, Product Design, you will shape the design strategy and user experience for critical product areas focused on customer acquisition, lead management, and communication. You will lead a team of product designers while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and executive stakeholders. A major focus of the role is embedding AI into modern design practices, from research and analysis through prototyping and product experiences. You will help define how AI-powered and agentic capabilities become intuitive, cohesive parts of the customer experience. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on craft, giving you the opportunity to prototype, experiment, and establish a high bar for design quality. You will influence design systems, processes, team development, and product direction across a rapidly growing organization.
