This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Product Operations based in the United States. This is a strategic leadership opportunity to build and scale a Product Operations function within a global B2B SaaS environment. You will act as a force multiplier across Product and Engineering, creating operating models that improve execution, launches, and measurable business outcomes. The role combines product governance, roadmap operations, knowledge management, technical communications, and cross-functional enablement. You will lead a team of Product Program Managers and oversee a Product Knowledge function, helping establish scalable processes and clear accountability. A major focus will be using AI to automate repetitive work, reduce operational friction, and improve consistency across product workflows. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and Support to ensure teams remain aligned and equipped for successful product delivery. This role is ideal for an experienced product operations leader who thrives on ambiguity, organizational complexity, innovation, and measurable impact.
