This is a strategic sales leadership opportunity focused on expanding adoption of banking and cash management solutions across an assigned territory. The role combines consultative selling, advisor relationship management, education, and territory strategy to drive measurable business growth. You will serve as a trusted subject matter expert, helping advisors identify client needs and position relevant financial solutions. The position involves close collaboration with product, marketing, field leadership, and other cross-functional teams. With at least 50% travel, you will engage directly with advisors through meetings, training sessions, events, and industry forums. You will also use CRM platforms, sales analytics, and proprietary tools to identify opportunities and improve sales effectiveness. This remote role offers significant visibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to influence the growth of a banking platform. Accountabilities Develop and execute a territory sales strategy, building and maintaining relationships with new and existing advisors through individual meetings, educational programs, presentations, and client events. Apply a consultative sales approach to understand advisor needs, recommend appropriate banking and cash management solutions, and increase product adoption. Act as a subject matter expert on banking solutions while educating advisors and influencing business decisions through credible, needs-based recommendations. Partner with product, marketing, field leadership, and other stakeholders to share market intelligence, competitive developments, and industry trends. Travel throughout the assigned territory to conduct advisor meetings, facilitate training, support client events, and represent the business at regional, national, and industry events. Use CRM systems, proprietary tools, and sales analytics to identify opportunities, assess advisor practices, and strengthen sales performance. Maintain strong operational discipline by managing schedules, meeting preparation, follow-ups, budgets, and advisor recognition initiatives. Maintain required licenses, registrations, and regulatory compliance through ongoing training and continuing education. Manage competing priorities effectively while delivering against territory objectives and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Requirements 10+ years of financial services experience in a sales-focused role, with strong knowledge of advisor business models, investment products, and financial solutions. Demonstrated experience selling deposit and lending products, including checking and savings accounts, home lending, securities-based lending, and credit card solutions. Active Series 7 license, or the ability to obtain it within 90 days. Active state securities agent registration (Series 63 or 66), or the ability to obtain it within 90 days. Active state Investment Adviser Representative registration (Series 65 or 66), or the ability to obtain it within 90 days. Ability to travel at least 50% of the time and reside within the assigned territory. Strong business acumen and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce. Ability to quickly understand and effectively position proprietary products and financial solutions. Experience using consultative sales methodologies to influence advisor decisions and drive growth. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to present to large audiences and influence diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment while managing multiple priorities and delivering results. Benefits Estimated base salary of $150,000–$200,000 per year , with compensation varying according to job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
