This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, School Systems Coach based in the United States. This role offers an opportunity to strengthen literacy instruction and improve student outcomes across partner schools and districts in Kentucky. You’ll work closely with school and district leaders to identify instructional priorities and develop practical, equity-centered strategies. The position combines instructional coaching, professional learning, data analysis, and curriculum implementation. You’ll support educators in using student data and high-quality instructional materials to strengthen classroom practice. The role also provides an opportunity to shape and codify coaching tools, resources, and approaches that can inform broader instructional systems. It is designed for an experienced K–12 ELA educator or instructional leader who is passionate about equitable education and adult learning. This is a remote, part-time W2 position requiring candidates to live within three hours’ driving distance of central Kentucky, with up to 10% travel.
