Title: Dynamics CRM / D365 Business Analyst / Project Manager Location: Minneapolis/Plymouth, MN ONSITE – Must be local to MN Duration: 6-12+ months Interview: ONSITE Note: Seeking a senior CRM Consultant / Business Analyst / Project Manager to help evaluate the future of its Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment and lead the development of an RFP for a long-term modernization initiative. They want someone with a BA/PM skillset in the Dynamics CRM/D365 space to help lead an RFP. Required Qualifications 7+ years of Business Analysis, CRM Consulting, Project Management, or Solution Advisory experience. Strong Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 background. Experience leading software modernization, migration, or transformation initiatives. Ability to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and document future-state recommendations. Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Experience developing RFPs, vendor evaluations, and implementation roadmaps. Preferred Qualifications Dynamics CRM 8.x and Dynamics 365 migration experience. Experience with SharePoint, SQL Server, workflow automation, integrations, and legacy system modernization. Consulting experience evaluating technology strategy and implementation options. Ability to operate independently and guide executive-level decision making.
