Works under limited supervision, with moderate latitude in the use of initiative and independent judgment. YOU WILL BE TRUSTED TO: - Create interactive e-learning modules, instructional videos, animations, and graphics using modern authoring tools. - Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) and high-level administrators to design and develop formal, comprehensive training programs. - Navigate the Learning Management System (LMS) to build courses, manage user data, and maintain learning paths and assessments. - Manage and audit training content to ensure full compliance with Section 508 accessibility requirements. - Oversee multiple development projects from initial intake through final delivery using project management methodologies. - Coordinate and administer web-conferencing activities and professional webinar sessions. - Develop and implement tools to assess training impact and measure learner performance. - Act as a resource and mentor for the training team, offering creative solutions and instructional design expertise. - Facilitate meetings and deliver briefings to leadership regarding training strategies and project progress. - Prepare professional proposals, reports, and documentation to support the agency's mission and continuous improvement.
