Maintenance & OperationsOversee daily maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Ensure timely repairs of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities. Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. Team LeadershipSupervise engineering staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance. Experience: 5–7 years in hotel engineering or facilities management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
