Our partner is looking for an Enterprise Sales Director | New Business & Strategic Growth based in the United States. This senior commercial role is focused on accelerating enterprise growth through strategic new business acquisition and ecosystem development. You will identify, develop, and close complex opportunities with large enterprises, technology companies, cloud providers, channel organizations, and strategic partners. The role is designed for an experienced enterprise hunter who can create executive-level access, navigate complex buying environments, and close high-value agreements. You will own the full new-business cycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and contract execution. Success will require strong commercial judgment, relationship-building skills, pipeline discipline, and the ability to independently create opportunities. You will work closely with executive leadership and have significant autonomy to shape strategic growth initiatives. Accountabilities: As an Enterprise Sales Director, you will take ownership of strategic new-business development, building a sustainable pipeline and converting high-value enterprise opportunities into long-term customer relationships. The role combines direct sales execution, executive engagement, strategic account planning, ecosystem development, and commercial leadership. Develop and execute named-account strategies targeting large enterprises and strategic ecosystem partners. Prospect directly into C-level executives, senior business leaders, procurement teams, and other key decision-makers. Build relationship maps, account-entry strategies, and pursuit plans for priority prospects. Lead discovery conversations and position solutions around measurable business outcomes. Identify and develop complex, solution-based enterprise sales opportunities. Partner with internal stakeholders to develop solutions, pricing strategies, business cases, and proposals. Lead commercial negotiations and drive execution of strategic agreements, Statements of Work, and Master Service Agreements. Build land-and-expand strategies following initial customer acquisition. Maintain a healthy qualified pipeline and strong forecasting discipline. Develop relationships with technology companies, cloud providers, channel organizations, and ecosystem partners to generate referrals, co-selling opportunities, and strategic market access. Collaborate closely with executive leadership to support long-term commercial growth strategies. Consistently generate and close new enterprise business while meeting profitability and commercial objectives. Acquire strategic customers with the potential to develop into significant long-term growth accounts. Build executive relationships that translate into sustainable revenue and expanded enterprise presence. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a seasoned enterprise sales professional with a strong hunter mentality, a proven record of closing large technology or services agreements, and the ability to operate confidently with senior executives and complex buying organizations. You should be entrepreneurial, commercially astute, and capable of independently creating and advancing opportunities in strategic markets. 10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales with a strong new-business and hunter orientation. Proven success closing seven-figure technology, consulting, professional services, managed services, or comparable enterprise agreements. Demonstrated ability to develop and win complex, solution-based sales opportunities. Experience engaging C-level executives, business leaders, procurement teams, and other senior decision-makers. Strong commercial, negotiation, financial, and business development capabilities. Established enterprise and technology ecosystem relationships are highly desirable. Experience selling to large enterprises, cloud providers, channel organizations, or strategic technology partners. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to independently build pipeline and create new opportunities. Strong executive presence, communication, relationship-building, and accountability. Professional fluency in both English and Spanish is required. Ability to operate autonomously while collaborating effectively with executive leadership and internal stakeholders. Benefits: Remote position for candidates based in the United States. Independent contractor engagement. Base compensation of $120,000–$145,000 USD . Variable compensation of $80,000–$105,000 USD . Recommended on-target earnings of $210,000–$240,000 USD . Significant autonomy to build strategic enterprise relationships and new-business opportunities.
