Event Services Associate, CASE staff are crucial in creating remarkable experiences for our guests. Specific duties of the Event Services Associate, CASE staff will vary based on the event or program, but may include security screening, ticket scanning, ushering guests to seats, answering questions, providing directions, and assisting with accessibility accommodations and other requests, creating remarkable experiences for our guests! Responsibilities include: 50%: Greeting guests as they enter the Mershon Auditorium with a positive and welcoming attitude. Answering questions and advise guests of their options at events. Scan or collect and verify authenticity of tickets on day of program. 25%: Remain in position in lobby areas at the beginning, intermission, and end of events. Directing patrons to correct seating areas and assisting with any late seating needs/accommodations. Support accessibility requests made by patrons. Staff coat check. 15%: Assist Program Supervisor and Events Coordinator as needed and/or as directed. 10%: Assessing and/or responding to any emergencies and report to Program Supervisor and/or Events Coordinator immediately.
