This is a high-impact opportunity to help build and scale a modern U.S. Excess & Surplus (E&S) Property platform from the ground up. You will play a pivotal role in developing a profitable portfolio across middle-market and commercial property risks, including critical catastrophe exposures. The position combines high-volume underwriting with meaningful broker engagement and market-facing responsibilities. You will evaluate submissions, apply technical and commercial judgment, and make timely decisions on complex and fast-moving opportunities. Success will depend on balancing analytics, CAT insights, pricing, market intelligence, and disciplined risk selection. You will also help shape underwriting processes and workflows as the portfolio grows.
