Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects. What you’ll do We are looking for Social Safeguards Expert to join our team in Indonesia. The role responsibilities include: 1. Undertakes the monitoring and reporting of the client and its contractors’ performance against the social safeguards’ covenants. 2. Lead and coordinate the department safeguards team’s efforts in providing advice, building capacity, and advancing the development of safeguards policies within developing member countries. 3. Work with other Department’s safeguards team to ensure that appropriate resources and capacity are deployed to effectively cover the safeguards policies of projects in preparation and implementation within the Department. 4. Lead and facilitate as needed liaison and contact with clients, Non-Government Organizations (NGOs), development partners, including coordinating responses to NGO‘s complaints. Compliance: Support the implementation and maintenance of the Environmental Management System (EMS) in accordance with ISO 14001, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and promoting continuous environmental performance improvement. Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment by supporting the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) in compliance with ISO 45001, identifying hazards, assessing risks, and driving continuous improvement in workplace safety. Support the implementation and monitoring of the Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) in accordance with ISO 37001, ensuring compliance with anti-bribery policies, due diligence, and promoting a culture of integrity and transparency. Employees are expected to comply with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System by following established procedures, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to continual improvement. This ensures alignment with the organization's commitment to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. What you’ll have 1. Having basic safety and environment knowledge, manage all team able to implement safety process, near miss report and mitigate risk effectively in order safety working properly. 2.
