Maintain FERPA and other privacy rules that apply to student information and test information. Maintain privacy of information seen on Blackboard regarding student information, grades, exam and quiz information and any other information such as but not limited to passwords and login information. Communicate clearly to supervisor and students who are testing. If students have concerns about the test that only the instructor can answer, call and/or email the instructor. If you are aware that accommodations such as extra time or a screen reader should be provided to a student and the student states it is NOT showing this, ask the student to NOT start the test and you should contact the instructor ASAP. Other accommodations may also apply. These should be confirmed by the instructor.
