This role owns a portfolio of 4–6 fashion and apparel accounts, serving as a senior strategic partner focused on sustainable growth and measurable business outcomes. You will diagnose the key constraints affecting acquisition, retention, creative performance, and overall brand growth, then turn those insights into actionable strategies. The position requires a strong understanding of fast-moving fashion businesses, seasonal launches, consumer behavior, and multi-channel marketing. You will coordinate paid media, influencer, SEO, email, and creative teams around integrated client strategies. Senior client leadership is central to the role, with QBRs connecting marketing decisions directly to commercial performance. Accountabilities: Own a portfolio of 4–6 fashion and apparel accounts, providing strategic direction and maintaining accountability for growth, retention, and client satisfaction. Conduct quarterly diagnostic reviews to identify growth constraints across business, audience, product, messaging, channels, and measurement, with particular attention to creative performance and customer cohort retention. Apply a strong understanding of fashion business fundamentals, including pricing, merchandising, seasonal demand, and multi-channel distribution across DTC, wholesale, retail, and marketplaces. Lead senior client relationships and ensure business reviews connect creative, media, and campaign decisions to measurable commercial outcomes. Coordinate paid search, paid social, influencer, SEO, email, content, and creative teams to deliver cohesive strategies aligned with client objectives. Advise clients on customer retention, including repeat purchase rates, customer lifetime value, acquisition cohort performance, and loyalty strategies. Lead account retention, renewals, and expansion initiatives while identifying opportunities to increase recurring revenue and broaden client partnerships. Build multi-threaded relationships across client organizations to strengthen partnerships and minimize dependency on individual stakeholders. Monitor the consistent use of internal technology, client performance tools, diagnostic frameworks, and strategic processes across managed accounts. Coach analysts and specialists, providing direct feedback and guidance to strengthen strategic thinking, execution quality, and professional development. Leverage AI-enabled technologies and marketing platforms to improve analysis, workflows, efficiency, and strategic decision-making. Monitor changing fashion, consumer, media, and creative trends and incorporate relevant insights into account strategies. Requirements 6+ years of experience in fashion or apparel marketing, either on the agency or brand side. Strong understanding of the relationship between creative strategy and media strategy, with the ability to determine how the two should work together to drive performance. Deep familiarity with influencer and user-generated content ecosystems, including briefing, evaluating, scaling, and maintaining brand consistency. Experience working with DTC-focused fashion or lifestyle brands and a strong understanding of CAC, LTV, repeat purchase rates, and channel-level margins. Experience with Meta-heavy media strategies and the measurement challenges associated with them, including incrementality testing, creative fatigue, and audience saturation. Experience working with seasonal brands and the ability to build marketing strategies around product launches, seasonal demand, and changing consumer trends. Demonstrated success retaining and growing client accounts, including managing senior relationships and identifying expansion opportunities. Strong strategic, analytical, and commercial thinking, with the ability to connect marketing performance to broader business outcomes. Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong coaching and team development capabilities, with the ability to provide clear feedback and guide specialists toward stronger performance. Ability to work effectively across multiple marketing disciplines and coordinate complex, cross-functional strategies. Comfortable using AI-powered tools and emerging marketing technologies to improve efficiency, analysis, and strategic execution. Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
