Job Family: Management Consulting Travel Required: Up to 25% Clearance Required: Ability to Obtain Public Trust What You Will Do: Lead and support large-scale Federal consulting engagements ranging from 25 to more than 200 team members. Drive operational excellence and organizational transformation initiatives for Federal clients. Partner with Federal Civilian Agencies, including key accounts such as USDA, GSA, DOL, USAC, and DOC. Deliver complex engagements across areas such as managed services and outsourcing, loan servicing, financial management and accounting, and enterprise Program Management Office (PMO) operations. What You Will Need: Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university. Seven (7+) plus years of post-graduation consulting experience in federal, state, or local transportation consulting/research. Proven experience leading and contributing to large-scale Federal consulting engagements involving teams of 25 to 200+ professionals. Strong expertise in operations management and organizational transformation initiatives. Ability to travel. This hybrid position role may require up to 3-5 days on-site at the Client's office. This hybrid position is open to candidates who currently reside or will reside within 50 miles of Washington DC. What Would Be Nice To Have: Experience supporting managed services and outsourcing engagements. Knowledge of loan servicing operations and related business processes. Background in financial management, accounting, and related consulting initiatives. Experience leading or supporting enterprise Program Management Office (PMO) functions. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Lean Six Sigma certification.
