Responsibilities: Installation & Commissioning: Install, inspect, commission, and start up mechanical and electromechanical equipment at customer sites. Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform preventive maintenance, diagnose equipment failures, and complete corrective repairs to maximize equipment performance and reliability. Technical Service Execution: Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, manuals, and work instructions while utilizing diagnostic tools and equipment to support service activities. Customer Support & Communication: Serve as the primary on-site company representative, communicating service findings, recommendations, and solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction. Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all company, customer, and regulatory safety requirements, maintaining a safe, organized, and professional work environment. Documentation & Continuous Improvement: Complete accurate service reports and documentation, identify additional service opportunities, and provide feedback to internal teams to support product and process improvements.
